Jazim’s love for music and his formal training in Hindustani Classical music started early from the tender age of 4, under the tutelage of Late Shri Vijay Sachdeva Ji of Kirana Gharana. During his musical journey, Jazim also received significant guidance from Sunil Seth Ji.
He was a Gold medalist at the National Youth Festival of Ghazal-Thumri, which is a prestigious event organized by AIU. After graduating with a degree in Music, Jazim also completed Masters in Music from the University of Mumbai.
And then came SaReGaMaPa 2012, where apart from being a finalist, he was also awarded the title, ‘Shehzada-E-Ghazal’ for his signature Raag-Rich approach to ghazal rendition as well as his magical work with the harmonium. His skills received accolades from accolades from the judges who were industry stalwarts like Vishal Bhardwaj, Hariharan ji, Pt. Jasraj, Parveen Sulana ji,Pt.Vishwamohan Bhatt and Shankar Mahadevan. Vishal ji was so impressed with Jazim’s talent he even got him to sing a qawwali song for the film, ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ which he was producing and composing for.
Over the course of the last few years, Jazim has carried out several extremely successful live shows and his admirers and fans seem to increase with every passing day. He has also been keeping busy by composing music for upcoming Bollywood tracks,Ghazals and singing playback for several music composers.

He has composed and sung the ghazals/nazm/nagma in his inimitable style, bringing in a fine balance between the traditional and the modern. Be it a serious Ghazal, demanding serious treatment or a romantic nazm, Jazim excels in bringing a blend between alfaaz and sur.
Jazim is composing music for his upcoming debut Bollywood movie Mr. Paanwala.

Shankar, Ehsaan & Loy Live Concert In Sydney

Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy is a famous Indian musical trio consisting of :
Padma Shri Shankar Mahadevan
Ehsaan Noorani and Loy Mendonsa
They have together composed music for numerous soundtracks across multiple languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi and English. Amongst the most critically acclaimed Indian musicians the trio have won numerous awards, including National Film Award (India), Filmfare Awards, IIFA Awards. They are often referred to as the “Amar Akbar Anthony” of Hindi film music industry.
Shankar Mahadevan
Shankar Mahadevan, the main vocalist of the trio, was born and brought up in Chembur, a suburb of Mumbai, He learned Hindustani classical music and Carnatic music in his childhood and started playing the veena at the age of five. He studied under Srinivas Khale, a popular Marathi music composer. After graduating in 1988 with a degree in Software Engineering from Mumbai University, he worked as a software engineer. After working for a while, Shankar ventured into the field of music. He earned his first award as a playback singer in a Tamil movie, collaborating with A. R. Rahman and winning a National Film Award for his song. He gained huge recognition upon the release of his first music album, Breathless, in 1998.
Ehsaan Noorani
Ehsaan Noorani is the guitarist of Shankar Ehsaan Loy. Having studied music with Bismarck Rodrigues from a young age. Prior to going abroad to study further music at MIT, L.A, Ehsaan was an integral part of two local bands in Mumbai, Pegasus and Crosswinds.
Ehsaan is the only Indian musician to have endorsed a signature line ‘The Ehsaan Noorani Fender Squire’ signature series Fender guitars, one of the largest and most reputed guitar manufacturers in the world.
Loy Mendonsa
Loy Mendonsa is a multi-instrumentalist who plays the piano, bass guitar, harmonica and is currently learning to play the trumpet. Loy was a genius music teacher in New Delhi, when he was invited to write the music for the show ‘Quiz Time’ by Siddharth Basu, who gave him his first break. Loy then went on to compose the title track for ‘The World This week’ and for the Shahrukh Khan TV serial ‘Fauji’. Loy moved to Bombay, met Ehsaan in 1989 and together they composed great music.
