DESCRIPTION

Use meditation to:

  • increase your mental focus

  • gain a clearer understanding of yourself

  • help you to make better decisions in life

  • boost your ability to be self disciplined

  • help you exchange unhealthy habits for healthy life choices

  • develop positive traits such as compassion, forgiveness, tolerance and inner peace

This practical, hands-on workshop will give you the tools you need to transform your life with meditation.
Also includes a 30 minute aromatherapy presentation,yoga nidra relaxation, breathing meditation, japa meditation and kirtan!

After this meditation workshop you will feel blissful and will be perfectly rested and recuperated.

As part of ASMY’s plan to introduce affordable meditation to everyone we have a donation ticket option which means you can attend our meditation workshop for a small donation to us but just wont be able to get the self care meditation kit. If you change your mind on the day you are always welcome to bring extra cash with you to buy the kit.

(We are located at 154-160 Broadway, Chippendale/Ultimo. We are right opposite Mountain St. Look for the sign outside our studio marked YOGA, meditation, kirtan, relaxation. Take the staircase next to the sign which will lead you to our studio downstairs in the basement. We are next to the printshop. Note we are not in the GYM.)
