Sana Mir Tour – Development and Growth for Women’s Cricket in Canada

Sana Mir; of Pakistan’s Women National team, current number one ICC women’s ODI bowler, is coming to the GTA. The Multicultural Center of Excellence and Diversity has invited Sana Mir with her history of achievements. Sana was the first women cricketer to take 100 ODI wickets; the other is leading her team to two gold medals victory in Asian games 2010 and 2014, and is also a well known advocate for women in sports.
The Multicultural Center of Excellence and Diversity is a non-profit with a mission to bring communities together through sports and recreation. Our project’s main purpose with collaboration with Centennial College Alumni Association and Bedessee / Power Play Sports is to bring fort an opportunity to inspire and encourage women participation in sports and specifically Cricket development.
