Introductory Women’s Bollywood Dance Fitness, Toronto, ONTARIO

DESCRIPTION

Bollywood City Fitness is a dance workout that combines easy to follow dance movements and exercises and beautiful rhythms spanning from South Asia to the Middle East. No dance experience required. This is a low to moderate impact class to accommodate women of all fitness levels and ages. Totally welcoming moms and their teenage daughters (ages 13 to 17) to create time for mother and daughter bonding.

RULES AND CONDITIONS: Ticket cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance or you may be restricted from future intro class sign-ups. Must submit the waiver and PARQ forms in registration e-mail in first class. All sales are final. New beginners-only. Female-only. 1 spot allowed per participant. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to register. Picture and video taking may be taken from the back of the room, if you have any concerns, do let me know so I can accommodate you as best as possible.
