Introducing, the “Sri Sri Yoga – Deep Dive Retreat” right here in Toronto. Without having to travel at all, take time off to step into the realm of yoga over the Family Day long weekend. In Sri Sri Yoga you learn beautiful yoga sequences that are easy to practice and enjoyable, while providing great relaxation and healing. On the Deep Dive Retreat, you will learn advanced techniques of yoga, with an emphasis on deep cleansing and unique healing processes.

Yoga burns all the seeds of illnesses, not allowing them to manifest. Ancient Ayurvedic texts suggest that one should aspire to live for 100 years. Practicing yoga on a daily basis make sure you live longer in perfect health.
